Payment Terms and Conditions
All bank charges are to be borne by the payer.
All registration payments are due by the start of courses. You will receive confirmation of payment once received and processed. Payment indicates acceptance of company policies & standards.
Due to the global concern over the spread of COVID-19, offline classes will be replaced by online classes if needed to protect the students and staff. Detailed information will be announced to families/students according to each program. Refunds will not be given if classes are moved online due to COVID-19 precautions.
No refunds given. Point Avenue Thailand offers no guarantee for results or student performance. Credits given by Point Avenue Thailand at our discretion for extenuating circumstances are applicable only toward future fees for our courses and / or services and are not convertible into cash or any type of refund.
Class Start Date and Make-Up Policy
If a student joins class after the start date the course price will NOT be prorated. The course package will be the total original price even if a student joins at a later date.
Makeup classes will only be held if Point Avenue is responsible for the class not taking place on the expected date (i.e. Sick Leave or special circumstance). The makeup class will be conducted at the teacher’s recommendation and will be the same day (Mon – Sun) and time as the original class but at a later date.
If a student does not attend class for whatever reason they will NOT receive a makeup class. If the majority of students do not attend class for whatever reason they also will NOT receive a makeup class. All classes will take place on agreed upon dates and times.
Class rescheduling must happen at least 24 hours in advance or the student will lose the designated hours.
Rescheduling outside of the agreed-upon time will be at Point Avenue’s discretion and is subject to the teacher’s availability and cannot be guaranteed.
